Licenced by the Ministry of Transportation, the services of the Drive Test Centre include: conducting road tests, administering written tests, processing driver's licence applications, administering visual tests, and answering questions about driver licensing. Sells official Driver’s Handbooks. See website for a complete list of services available.  
 
For information specific to senior drivers 80 year of age and over, check the website for current information. Seniors must renew their licence every two years, by taking a vision test, undergoing a driver record review and participating in a Group Education Session. Some drivers may be asked to take a road test. Drivers will receive a renewal notice in the mail.

Application Written tests are available on a first come, first serve basis and no appointment is required. 
 
Road tests may be booked, cancelled or re-scheduled online, through the automated phone booking system or in person at the DriveTest centre. 
 
Applicants will be required to show proof of legal name, date of birth and signature. Refer to Acceptable Identity Documents for the current and complete list of acceptable documentation.
