Description (Service) Annual series of events taking place throughout the month of Jun. Events take place in various parts of the city of Welland, culminating in the Grande Parade. 
 
Festival welcomes community participation and support by encouraging community groups and businesses to become actively involved as sponsors, volunteers or organizers, as well as involvement in planning and running an activity/event.
