Description (Service) Local government office which administers the following departments and divisions: Mayor and Council, CAO's Office, Human Resources Department, City Clerk's Division, Communications Division, Information Services, Economic Development, Fire and Emergency Services, Finance Division, Transit Division, Recreation and Culture Division, Planning Division, Building Division, Engineering and Public Works Divisions, Traffic and Parking Division, and By-law Enforcement. 
 
Available as a warming centre when temperatures drop below -15ºC. The centre will be available Mon-Fri 8 am-11 pm, Sat 8 am-5 pm and Sun 12 noon-5 pm.
