Description (Service) COVID-19 - Most services are by telephone appointment only. Some in-person appointments with RN or Nurse Practitioner for injections and immunizations. Call first: no walk-ins. 
 
Family Health Team * multi-disciplinary team of integrated healthcare professionals and doctors focused on family and community health
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-3 pm
Eligibility Patients who see a family physician of the WMFHT must be rostered to the physician. These patients then have access to the health professionals of the Family Health Team.  
 
No restrictions for group sessions that are offered to the community.
