| Description (Service) | Provides assistance and community programs and services including: * Food Bank * Summer camp opportunities * Emergency Disaster Services * Niagara Mobile Outreach Program A Community Program Coordinator can also offer one on one client support which may include assistance with housing search, transportation to apartment viewings and completing forms and applications. Coordination of other life skills training and referrals as needed. |
