Description (Service) | Offers First Aid, CPR and AED training, Online Health and Safety Training, Mental Health First Aid, Medical First Response, Wilderness, Pet First Aid, Home Alone and Babysitting courses are also available for a fee. Also operate the St John Ambulance Water Patrol and Niagara Chair-a-Van. Community Service Divisions of St John Ambulance include Medical First Response (MFR) & Youth Division, Therapy Dog Program and Search and Rescue Niagara (SARN). MFR provides First Aid to the public at various events on request and subject to availability. Therapy Dogs are available for friendly visits in the Niagara Falls Community. SARN provides trained volunteers to assist NRP and OPP when someone in the regional community is lost or missing. |
