Description (Service) Public library services offering lending of: books * magazines * newspapers * DVDs * CDs * downloadable ebooks and audiobooks  
Also offers: interlibrary loans * electronic resources onsite or from home * programming * art exhibits * Internet access and Wifi * shut-in service for those unable to visit the library due to short-term illness, physical disability, or age * sign and auditorium rental * fax, scanning and printing (colour and b&w)

Eligibility Niagara area residents
Application Library cards are available free of charge to any resident or property owner of the City of Port Colborne. Two pieces of valid identification are required, one of which must contain the applicant's name and current address. 
Memberships are also free for non-residents who reside in the Southern Ontario Library Service Escarpment Service Area and who present two pieces of valid identification at time of registration.
