Description (Service) | A mental health treatment program that provides treatment, support, case management, and consultation for children ages birth to 18 with complex co-morbid mental health issues, dual diagnoses, and or other complex developmental concerns. Services are offered throughout the Niagara Region in family homes, schools and communities. The FPP has two components to it. The first one is providing the most integrated and intensive supports to children and families within the agency and the second one is providing a permanent foster child and foster parent training program designed to reduce the likelihood of placement breakdown. |
