A free service for residents with a physical condition that could benefit from physiotherapy but do not have third party health insurance coverage. The program consists of a minimum of four sessions of one-on-one physiotherapy.

The program also includes a wide range of classes:

Mindful Movements A unique style that adapts yoga like positions and movements through the creative use of a chair. All movements are done seated on a chair. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Back to Basics Exercise classes to increase strength for back and core muscles, decrease chronic back pain and improve flexibility.

Walk, Talk and Stretch Focuses on heart conditioning, range of motion and social interaction.

Keeping it in Motion Higher intensity aerobic classes that focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training with weights, and stretching muscle groups.

Virtuous Vinyasa The fundamentals of yoga. Recommended for people with higher fitness levels and minimal physical conditions.

Gentle Fit Low impact exercise classes (seating optional) to improve flexibility, increase strength and improve balance.
