Description (Service) The Catholic Centre is the administration office for the Roman Catholic Diocese which encompasses the Niagara Region and part of Haldimand County. The Catholic Centre includes the offices of Chancery and Business Administration, Marriage Tribunal, Religious Education, Permanent Diaconate, Responsible Faith Ministry, Vocations, and the Vineyard (the Diocesan newspaper).
