Allows swimmers to explore their full athletic potential by developing strength, endurance, and creativity * the team is coached by a synchronized swimming coach who uses the program defined and authorized by Synchro Canada and Synchro Ontario 
 
Teams arranged by age groups: 10 and under, 11-12, 13-15, 16-20 * all age groups offer duet and team, but solo is not available to 10 and under 
 
Swim Synchro provides introduction to synchronized swimming available to those aged 5-12
