Description (Service) COVID-19: Physical office is closed until further notice. Services continue to be available, new client intakes and new volunteer applications continue to be accepted. Majority of mentoring is taking place virtually at this time. 
BIG BROTHER/BIG SISTER - Children are matched in one-to-one relationships with adult volunteers who serve as positive role models, offering friendship, support, guidance, and exposure to new opportunities and activities 
BIG COUPLE - A couple is matched to one child for a unique two-to-one friendship 
BIG FOR A DAY PROGRAM - Recreational and social activities are provided monthly, for children and youth waiting to be matched 
IN SCHOOL MENTOR PROGRAM - An adult volunteer (Mentor) is matched with a student (Mentee) to help improve the student's self esteem and school interests, meeting once a week for one hour on school property * a cooperative effort between Big Brothers Big Sisters, the District School Board of Niagara and the Niagara Catholic District School Board 
GO GIRLS! HEALTHY BODIES, HEALTHY MINDS PROGRAM - For girls aged 12-14 * uses a mentor approach to provide girls with information and support to make informed choices about healthy, active living * runs in schools for seven to eight one- to two-hour sessions 
GAME ON! HEALTHY BODIES, HEALTHY MINDS PROGRAM - For boys aged 12-14 * uses a mentor approach to provide boys with information and support to make informed choices about healthy, active living * runs in schools for seven to eight one- to two-hour sessions

Big Couples - Couple teams matched to Littles.
