Description (Service) COVID-19: Offering meditation classes through online streaming. See website for details of when in-person classes will resume. Depending upon changing government mandated restrictions, in-person classes with appropriate safety measures may be available at mother centre in Hamilton for Monday & Tuesday streaming classes for anyone wishing to travel there (follow the links on our Facebook page & website for details on those classes).

Application No registration is required and new participants are free to join the General Program at anytime. Advanced Foundation Program requires application (see our website for further details).
