| Description (Service) | Provides access to dental care for adults in need of dental treatment for pain/infection or dentures. Through a partnership with United Way, local agencies provide loans to pay for treatment for clients in need of dental care, with repayment plans tailored to ability to pay. Partner agencies help participants develop a monthly repayment plan which works for their situation. United Way does not accept applications directly * Client must demonstrate financial need * Program does NOT cover cosmetic dental work |

Client will need: * Quote from dentist or denturist for work needed * If client receives OW or ODSP, they need paperwork to show how much of the cost will be covered through social assistance * Other documents may be required Note: There is a wait list for this program. |
