|Description (Service)||COVID-19 - The Centre is providing virtual (video and telephone) and limited in-person services on an appointment basis only. The Centre is resuming in-person services through a gradual, phased process. The intake department will continue to process new referrals for services. Check with Centre's website and social media pages for updates.
Provides assessment and therapy to children with physical, developmental and/or communicative (speech and language) disabilities.
Services provided include:
* Occupational therapy
* Speech/language pathology
* Social work
* Recreation therapy
* Preschool programs for children with physical disabilities and/or speech and language impairment
Special Services At Home
Medical clinics for children registered: Orthopedic, Pediatric, Developmental Pediatrics; Physical Medicine, Gait Analysis Clinic, Splinting and Casting Clinic; Seating Clinic.
Niagara Preschool Speech and Language Program, previously known as Speech Services Niagara, offers assistance if an individual feels their infant or child is delayed or having difficulty with speech and language development. Central intake for all referrals for preschool speech and language services for the Niagara Region.
