A free six-week workshop that assists participants in living with on-going health conditions. Areas of focus include stress management, making healthier choices, meeting other people living with similar challenges, and building success with manageable goals. A textbook is provided.
Administered by Hamilton Health Sciences in collaboration with other area health care organizations. Workshops are delivered in community spaces throughout Local Health Integration Network (Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, Brant). Each 2.5 hours session in the six-week series is led by two trained presenters.
