Description (Service) Provides end of life comfort and caring support to meet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of people living with a progressive life-limiting illness. This support extends to provide grief and bereavement for caregivers. 
 
Services include: 10 bed residential hospice in a home-like setting, Day Hospice Program is available to individuals residing in Greater Hamilton who are living with a life-threatening illness, Volunteer Visiting Program, Camp Keaton bereavement camp for children and youth ages 7-17 grieving a significant death.
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals with life threatening conditions, their families, and caregivers.
Application Referral from a health care professional, or contact for information.
Languages English ; Volunteers provide for a diversity of languages.
