Volunteers are needed to plant, weed, water and harvest produce at Project Share's Community Garden located at Our Lady of the Scapular Church, Thorold Stone Rd, Niagara Falls. The produce is grown to provide needy families in Niagara with fresh nutritious foods in hopes of preventing childhood obesity and improving overall nutrition.

The Ontario Clean Air Alliance is a coalition of groups dedicated to moving Ontario toward a 100% renewable electricity grid. OCAA invites people to distribute pamphlets door-to-door or at special events to educate Ontarian's on the true costs of our electricity choices (nuclear, coal and renewable) and green alternatives. The pamphlets include postcards addressed to provincial leaders.

Also, this committee coordinates the Property Stewardship Teams.

General garden tasks such as planting, weeding and watering, 
Maintenance - Spring and fall clean up, optional assistance for gardening workshops to community groups. 
Occasional assisting with construction, moving mulch and compost or harvesting, weighing, recording, delivering food to shelters, etc.  
Help also requested to assist with event celebrations, office support, booths, sourcing donations, building community, and educational workshops.
