For coaching/assistant coaching U4 to U8: Teaching a variety of skills of soccer for a 30 minute practice prior to a 45 minute game each week. (30 minute game for U4s) 
For coaching/assistant coaching U9 to U16: Teaching a variety of skills and drills for a 1 hr. practice each week on the weeknight of your choice and an assigned field and coach a 1hr game on Saturday mornings and a few week nights throughout the summer.

Facilitate (with a Co-mentor) 8-10 sessions to teach young boys about Healthy Eating, Active Living, Wise Decision Making, and Developing a Positive Self-Esteem. The program typically runs after school, lasting about two hours, with 8-12 boys in each group. 
 
The program is designed to be FUN and interactive through games, discussions and snack time.

Educate young girls (grades 6-8) about Healthy Eating, Active Living, and Positive Self-Esteem. Facilitate (along with a Co-mentor) 7-10 sessions (once per week) that are fun and interactive. 
 
Sessions typically take place after school and include a series of fun games, activities, demonstrations, crafts, snacks and discussions.

In-School Mentor [ More info  ]  
Mentor a child one hour per week, during school hours. Be a positive and supportive role model to a child. All visits occur during the school year and on school property. Meet with your 'mentee' one hour per week and engage in fun, social activities - such as games, gym time, reading, puzzles, computers, crafts, baking etc. 
 
This minimal time investment will have a lifetime impact on a child. A little time can make a BIG difference.
