Assist with various day programs such as coffee socials,arts & crafts, woodworking, table games, cards, music activities and outings.

Recreation Volunteer [ More info  ]  
* In-Home Activities and Outings: Volunteers assist our Activities Co-ordinator with programs including: bingo, bowling, crafts, exercises, socials, special events, walking club, reading with residents, manicures etc. 
 
*Computer Buddies: Volunteers assist with bringing Residents down to the computer and helping them with computer games or writing letters. 
 
*Friendly Visitors: One-on-one visiting done on a regular basis with residents. These visits can include walks outside, chatting, reading, reminiscing and manicures. 
 
*Gardening Projects: Volunteers help seasonally with planting, watering and garden maintenance in our beautiful Gardens. All Green Thumbs welcome!! 
 
*Fund Development Volunteer: Help with special events and projects to raise funds for "extra" comfort items and initiatives around St. Charles Village.
