Marketing Coordinator [ More info  ]  
• Prepare draft communications, invitations, and mailings related to events. 
• Communicate with media to promote events. 
• Coordinate publications including annual reports, surveys, project outreach ------- 
• Maintain and distribute current listings of upcoming events within and outside CAN for distribution to employees, staff, news media, educational institutions;  
• Plan and coordinate all logistics associated with tradeshows and other conference events. 
• Represent CAN in special events, trade shows and marketing conferences 
• Design and development of collateral and other marketing communications for direct marketing programs and sales tools. 
• Research to identify clients, market segment opportunities, and competition. Conduct other market research as required. 
• Execute tactical marketing projects and assignments. 
• Prepare progress reports and status updates on weekly/monthly basis for assigned tasks and initiatives. 
• Coordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits.
