Educate young girls (grades 6-8) about Healthy Eating, Active Living, and Positive Self-Esteem. Facilitate (along with a Co-mentor) 7-10 sessions (once per week) that are fun and interactive. 
 
Sessions typically take place after school and include a series of fun games, activities, demonstrations, crafts, snacks and discussions.

Mentor a child one hour per week, during school hours. Be a positive and supportive role model to a child. All visits occur during the school year and on school property. Meet with your 'mentee' one hour per week and engage in fun, social activities - such as games, gym time, reading, puzzles, computers, crafts, baking etc. 
 
This minimal time investment will have a lifetime impact on a child. A little time can make a BIG difference.
