Duties* In-Home Activities and Outings: Volunteers assist our Activities Co-ordinator with programs including: bingo, bowling, crafts, exercises, socials, special events, walking club, reading with residents, manicures etc. 
 
*Computer Buddies: Volunteers assist with bringing Residents down to the computer and helping them with computer games or writing letters. 
 
*Friendly Visitors: One-on-one visiting done on a regular basis with residents. These visits can include walks outside, chatting, reading, reminiscing and manicures. 
 
*Gardening Projects: Volunteers help seasonally with planting, watering and garden maintenance in our beautiful Gardens. All Green Thumbs welcome!! 
 
*Fund Development Volunteer: Help with special events and projects to raise funds for "extra" comfort items and initiatives around St. Charles Village.

We will determine the time between the Volunteer and the Activities Co-ordinator. 
Hours are flexible, and will be scheduled depending on the volunteer's availability.
