DutiesWe are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in securing ecological, agricultural and cultural lands, for public benefit throughout the Niagara Peninsula, today for future generations by participating on the Niagara Land Trust's Fundraising & Marketing Committee, which aids in the communications, marketing and outreach of the Niagara Land Trust as well as coordinating fundraising activities and events.  
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Attends monthly meetings and important related meetings 
-Attends field outings as required 
-Stays informed about committee matters, prepares themselves well for meetings, and reviews and comments for minutes and reports 
-Supports the NLT mission and is an advocate of the NLT

Dates and TimesThe Niagara Land Trust’s Fundraising & Marketing Committee Member position is starting immediately. The position involves participating in committee meetings approx once per month, plus additional field/site visits as required. The committee generally meets the third week of the month.

Commitment Lengthminimum 1 year
TrainingTraining will include participating in committee meetings before position begins. Resources and tools will also be available to review.
TransportationMeetings are held at various locations throughout the Region. Having access to your own vehicle is ideal; however, carpooling can be arranged.
