| Duties | **PLEASE NOTE** You MUST be at least 18 years of age to volunteer. Do you love animals and have some spare time? We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us with: Fundraising events, i.e. Pawsitive Action Walkathon, Annual Dinner Auction, Golf Tournament, Fun Days, Open Houses, Raffle ticket sales, etc. Handy person for odd jobs Dog Walkers Groundskeeping Computer & Graphic Skills Office/general (stuffing envelopes/donations/dog tag receipts, penny rolling) Adopt-a-thon at PetSmart Cat Adoption Centre, Seaway Mall - We are looking for mature, reliable adults to volunteer at our Cat Adoption Centre. Duties include interacting with the public, promoting adoptions, cleaning and tending to our many cats and kittens. We need people who are motivated and willing to work individually and as part of a team. | |||

| Clients | The animals in our shelter are there through no fault of their own and are homeless, orphaned, abandoned or abused. You will be rewarded with their undying love. | |||
| Dates and Times | Monday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Thursday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Saturday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Sunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening Times and days are flexible. Our fundraising events are held on weekends and sometimes require set up and take down assistance. Some require item pickups a few weeks in advance. | |||
