| Duties | General garden maintenance, cutting lawn, cutting brush, watering, weeding, winter time snow removal (snow blower), cleaning of the annex building includes: waxing, mopping, sweeping, garbage removal, small carpentry repair, painting. | |||

| Seasons | This position is year round but depending on the season the tasks may vary, in the spring/summer months the position would require more outdoor responsibilities whereas in the winter, it would be more indoor tasks. Shoveling snow would be required in wintertime. | |||
