Out and About Clinic Located at 4 Adams St, St Catharines, ON L2R 2V8; Phone: 289-479-5090; Hours: Tues 8:30 am-11:30 am; 1 pm- 4 pm * Thu 12 noon-6 pm. Provides opiate replacement treatment with methadone and suboxone. Offers addiction counselling. Also provides primary health care services to those in Niagara Region with substance abuse issues.
