| Description | Offers bereavement support programs for adults, adolescents and children who are having some difficulty coping with the death of a loved family member or friend. These programs are facilitated either by trained volunteers or professionals and provide a therapeutic environment in which participants are free to share their experiences with others. It is not intended to replace a need for one to one professional counselling. Bereavement support groups are held at Hospice Niagara. Also offers a Grief Walk for adults. This is an open group facilitated by trained volunteers. |
