DescriptionHelps persons with employment barriers secure employment within the community. Participants undergo an initial intake assessment and a program is designed to suit their needs and abilities. 
Job Coaching is available to help with on-site job training. 
Job Trials provide experience at the various Goodwill retail stores as well as work-sites in the community. 
Workforce Development Programs provide training as Sales Associates, Custodians and Office Administration. Workforce Development offers the following workshops: Cash Register Customer Service, Janitorial, Life Skills, Employability Skills and Job Readiness.
