DescriptionOffers a variety of swimming instruction programs and classes (two week sessions): 
 
~ Children (Lifesaving Society Parent and Tot, Pre-School A-D, Swimmer 1-6, Canadian Swim Patrol, Bronze Star, Jr Lifeguard)  
~ Specialized Levels for Children (Synchro, Diving, Summer Swim Team, Canoeing, Snorkeling and Waterpolo)  
~ Adult (Learn to Swim, Adult Skill Development, Aqua-Fit, AquaZumba 
~ Advanced Levels for Life guarding, Instructing and Certification (Bronze Star, Emergency First Aid/CPR-B and Standard First Aid/CPR-C, AED, Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross ,LSS Assistant Instructor, Swim for Life and Bronze Family Swim Instructor, National Lifeguard Service). 
 
Junior Lifeguard Club Summer Camp: 
~ for children 8-15 years of age who can swim 25 meters in deep water and tread water for 2 minutes. Offers eight 1-week camps (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm) with instruction in lifesaving & life guarding skills, first aid skills, resuscitation skills, fitness & endurance, life skills and special activities. (Campers need to bring bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, hat, snacks & lunch, and fitness attire.) Before and after care also available
