| Description | NRH is the administrator of affordable housing for Niagara Region and provides affordable housing solutions for individuals and families. Programs and services include: * the coordination of the waiting list for affordable housing in Niagara * maintenance services, property management and capital works projects * answering inquiries regarding NRH Tenancy Agreements and building repairs * providing administration for 66 Non-profit and Coop housing providers * research and initiation of new affordable housing opportunities * provides approximately 750 rent supplement units through agreements with over 100 private landlords * depending on funding availability, offers a homeownership program, which provides down-payment assistance to qualified applicants | |||
