DescriptionCommunity Outreach Worker assists individuals and families who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless in maintaining or finding housing within their community.  
Housing Emergency Link Program (HELP Line) has an outreach worker who is available to respond to homelessness and housing crisis situations throughout the Niagara Region. 
Street Outreach Truck provides food, counselling and referrals for those in need. Please check out the blog at Niagara Mobile Outreach - Scheduled Stops or call the office for scheduled times.
