BUSINESS EXPANSION/RETENTION ASSISTANCE: a Corporate Calling program which identifies issues or problems and also provides advice on issues of market expansion and enhancement. 
INFORMATION SERVICE: provides various information products about St Catharines to potential investors, local businesses, tourists and other interested parties. 
TOURISM INFORMATION ASSISTANCE: offers an array of support and advice to many exciting attractions, festivals, events, shopping, tours, dining and accommodations, assists in conference, sporting events location planning and group visits. 
RELOCATION INFORMATION: provides relocation packages and information. 
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: offers a variety of golf shirts, sweatshirts, wind jackets,  
T-shirts, hats, stainless steel bottles, lapel pins and golf accessories for sale 
FARMERS MARKET & EVENTS: operation of the downtown market square, city events and farmers market. 
 
SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE CENTRE: 
SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: provides counselling and training in marketing, franchising and the like.
