DescriptionServices provided include: English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at all levels, citizenship classes; computer and literacy training, immigration assistance, information and referral to community agencies, translation and interpretation info, counseling , cultural groups/events and employment services. 
 
Enhanced Language Training (ELT) for Internationally trained professionals - specific language training, individual counseling and action plan development, mentoring, networking, resume and interview preparation.

EligibilityAll newcomers to Canada including immigrants, refugees or Canadian citizens originating from other countries. 
ELT - trained professionals who are refugee claimants, Convention refugees or permanent residents, and who are eligible to work in Canada
