DescriptionOffers innovative, individually tailored, consumer-driven assistance to persons with disabilities who are seeking employment (regardless of current income).  
 
Ontario Employment Assistance Services (OEAS) – employment services to unemployed people * may include labour market information, employment needs assessment, career planning, employment counselling, diagnostic assessment, job search skills, job finding clubs, job placement services, developing an employment action plan, referral to appropriate intervention, and participant case management and follow-up

EligibilityOntario Employment Assistance Services (OEAS) -- project activities tend to focus on service to individuals with disabilities, though all unemployed people 18 years and over working less than 20 hours per week and legally entitled to work in Canada are eligible * it is best to call the service provider first to find out how the service is tailored and what selection criteria apply
