DescriptionAn incorporated organization offering coping skills workshops to adult family members who have an adult relative with a serious mental health problem (psychiatric illness) 
* three workshop series (twelve,twelve and seven weeks in length) * information and referral over the telephone * public lectures ~ workshops include * understanding mental illness symptoms * useful community resources * setting limits * problem solving as a family unit * improving two-way communications * effective ways to advocate for your relative * non violent crisis intervention training * psychiatric medications * care-giver health * mental health wellness * helping skills.
