Description	A club for Aesthetics Group gymnastics for ladies and some teenagers in training. The club meets at the facility of the Energy Gym club Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Also runs two children's rhythmic gymnastic classes at St Mark School in Beamsville on Thursday at 6 pm and at Mother Teresa school on Wednesday afternoons. The Club is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Aesthetics Gymnastics Federations.
