DescriptionCommitted to improving the quality of life for individuals experiencing mental and emotional issues who reside in Fort Erie.  
 
Information and referral service ~ crisis intervention ~ short term counselling ~ depression support group ~ public education ~ advocacy and social action ~ depression in the workplace presentations ~ mental health first aid  
 
COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT SERVICES provides short term counselling for individuals experiencing emotional difficulties. Support, guidance and direction are offered so they may gain insight and generate possible solutions. Individuals are encourage and assisted to access services from within the agency and/or other community resources.  
 
SUPPORT GROUPS are facilitated groups that provide opportunities for individuals to share common feelings, experiences and concerns and to learn better coping strategies.  
 
PUBLIC EDUCATION PROGRAM increases understanding and acceptance of mental illness and promotes the development and maintenance of good mental health.  
 
REAL Work(Renewed Employment Access Link)  
Individuals dealing with mental health issues are helped to develop job skills and conduct employment searches. Once a job is found, individuals are assisted to maintain employment.
