DescriptionOffers residential and lifestyle supports including a wide range of personalized supports to people living in the community - primarily outside of their family home. Many continue to receive support within group home settings, others reside in home-share situations or apartments. People who access services receive supports only as needed to encourage their independence. Supports may range from direct personal care, health care, housing help and skill building to a consultative model of support for those people involved in the Supportive Living Program.
