Description	A municipal transit service which provides a local bus service in Welland * provides service to Brock University and the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus of Niagara College * provides service to Port Colborne with connections at Niagara College and the Welland Bus Terminal * provides internal transit service for the City of Port Colborne    Dedicated Accessible Routes: Routes 3 (First Avenue), 5 (Lincoln/Wellington), 6(Ontario) and 9(Niagara) are dedicated fully accessible transit routes that operate Mon-Sat. Please call for more information or visit the website.    WellTrans: provides door to door accessible transportation using lift-equipped vehicles * bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance * operates Mon-Sat * for WellTrans bookings call 905-732-4181 weekdays before 2:30 pm * for WellTrans cancellations or changes after 4:30 pm weekdays and Saturdays, please call 905-735-4500 * for Inter-Municipal services please call 905-680-4821 ext 231 or 244    Schedules are available at the Downtown Bus Terminal or at the Welland Transit offices at 75 Federal Rd, Welland
