DescriptionSupports at-risk and exceptional students enrolled in elementary and secondary schools * provides resource support to Principals and teaching/support staff * consists of five area resource teams, each including a generalist Special Education Resource Teacher, specialist resource teachers for Blind and Low Vision, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Gifted and Special Needs * other staff specialize in assessment, attendance, and speech and language * Educational Assistants provide support with behaviour and special needs * a Board psychologist oversees assessments * both regular and Special Education class placements are available *
