DescriptionAffordable, home-cooked meals, packaged and quick frozen, ready for microwave or oven. Each meal includes an entree, potato or rice, assorted vegetables, and soup or dessert. Offers a rotating menu of 35 different meals. Meals are available by delivery in St Catharines by your Meals on Wheels office, or for pick up at Ina's Cafe (on site at Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village), which is open Mon-Fri from 9 am-4 pm.
