| Description | A Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) funded foot care program. Offers free foot care to diabetic or pre-diabetic seniors who do not have the resources to access foot care. Services are provided by Registered Chiropodists (licensed foot and ankle specialists) and Registered Practical Nurses. Clinics are held in Welland, Port Colborne, Niagara Falls, St Catharines and Fort Erie. Call for more details. | |||

| Eligibility | Diabetic or pre-diabetic seniors and others, who may have risk factors including peripheral neuropathy, decreased sensation, foot deformities, evidence of peripheral vascular disease, boney prominences, plantar callus, absent pedal pulses, diabetes and have barriers (e.g. income, language) to using existing services. | |||
