DescriptionThe Continence Care Clinic provides an assessment of urinary and/or fecal incontinence with a focus on conservative methods of educational and behavioural interventions.  
 
Self management will be promoted through use of behaviour modification strategies related to lifestyle options, pelvic muscle exercises, bowel program, fluid intake, weight reduction, personal hygiene changes, and incontinence product options.

EligibilityAdults and seniors, who go to the bathroom frequently, worry about falling when rushing to the bathroom, leak urine when coughing, laughing, sneezing or doing an activity, often have bladder infections, have problems with constipation or bladder control, wake up frequently in the night etc.
