DescriptionProvides assessment and treatment focused falls prevention interventions including group exercise, group education and individual therapy sessions with a physiotherapist. Program is for 6 weeks in duration.

EligibilityAges: 65 year(s) and up 
 
Senior should be medically stable, have a valid Ontario health card, able to understand and follow instructions, have impairment of functional mobility or balance with a potential to make improvements, and can manage their own personal care or have a caregiver to assist while on site.
