DescriptionA regional coalition of literacy programs, private businesses and related training agencies committed to adult basic education * provides a network for shared information and resources, a continuum of quality adult basic education services, information and referral to the public * clear writing services 
 
Member programs include college, school board, workplace, Native, Francophone, Special Needs, second language training, community-based literacy providers and trainers, and private businesses * member programs provide many ways to upgrade or improve literacy skills: one to one tutoring, small or large groups, skill-based programs, culture-based programs: Francophone, Anglophone, Native or Deaf.
