DescriptionAn Early Years Mobile Program serving the communities of Welland, Pelham and Grimsby, offering a free family education and support program for parents and child care providers of children newborn to 6 years of age. The drop-in Stay & PlayTogether Program, along with the Early Years Toy Lending Library service is offered at 8 different rural or isolated locations to ensure access to early years services, to promote adult/child interaction for the promotion of healthy child development and effective parenting/caregiver skills. There are no fees for this program.
