| Description | Scouts Canada offers exciting and adventurous co-educational programs while providing the opportunity for youth to practice new skills and learn what it means to be part of the natural world and the global family of Scouting. Scouts Canada's programs support: Healthy, Active Living - active, outdoor fun camping adventures as well as the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. Leadership - youth receive leadership training to help them become active, productive citizens. Environment - youth learn to become caretakers of the environment. The NO ONE LEFT BEHIND program was introduced in 2007 as part of Scouting’s Centennial. The purpose of No One Left Behind is to ensure that financial barriers are not an issue when a child wishes to participate in Scouting in Canada. | |||
