DescriptionLeverage U provides group and individual coaching in Anger Solutions. One-to-one coaching/counseling services for adults aged 18+ are provided in 15 one-hour sessions. Group programs run between 6 and 8 weeks depending on demand. 
 
Individual and family counselling is also now available for anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, marital problems, parenting, self esteem, eating disorders, and post MVA recovery. Counselling services are provided under clinical supervision. 
 
Specialized services are available for youth aged 9-13 (Anger Solutions for Kids); and aged 14-18 (Anger Solutions for Youth). This program addresses issues such as violence, school bullying, coping with divorce/separation, taking responsibility for one's behaviour, probation orders, attendance programming, diversion, and developing decision making models to effect more positive outcomes.

FeesProgram- sliding fee scale for those on a low or fixed income; Counselling/psychological services are covered by most employee extended benefit programs.
