DescriptionAn international service club that raises funds for a variety of needs within our local, regional, national and global communities. Our focus is in the area of blindness and vision concerns, as well as youth issues.  
 
May be able to help with the purchase of eye glasses in an emergency, for those on a very low income. Must be contacted by writing a letter to the club. Also accepts donations of used glasses to send to Third World countries. 
 
Our new Lions Park (a project between the City of Niagara Falls and the Niagara Falls Lions) opened September 12, 2009. Memorial donations are welcomed...please contact us. 
 
LIONS stands for Liberty, Intelligence, Our Nations Safety.  
The LIONS club motto is "WE SERVE".

EventsCanada Day Carnival - held on the Canada Day weekend (July). 
 
Spaghetti dinner fundraisers usually held the last Friday of the month. Spaghetti dinners are usually not held in July and August. 
 
Christmas trees are sold in November and December.
